2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E LED Lighting Is Late Availability Item

For its third model year, the 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E has been treated to a variety of changes, including, most notably, a rather large price increase across the board. There are a host of other updates in store for the EV crossover in the coming model year, but now, sources familiar with the matter have told Ford Authority that the 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E LED projector headlamps will be a late availability item, too.

While Premium and GT trims come standard with LED projector headlamps, that particular feature is a free-standing option on the 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E Select and California Route 1. Thus, those latter two trim levels will not be able to be ordered with the optional units, which are a late availability item and include the LED projector headlamps with LED signature lighting.

In addition to these changes, the 2023 Mustang Mach-E has dropped the Comfort/Technology Package from its lineup, as well as the Ice White Appearance Package, which has essentially been replaced by the Nite Pony Package. The Mach-E GT an GT Performance Edition are trading their black-painted roofs for a panoramic fixed-glass roof, while the California Route 1 has gained standard all-wheel drive.

Premium models get a 13-mile range boost for the new year, while the 2023 Mach-E gains standard Ford Co-Pilot360 across the lineup, a 90-day trial of Ford BlueCruise and the 360-degree camera on Select trim models, two new colors – Carbonized Gray Metallic and Vapor Blue Metallic – and a standard panoramic fixed-glass roof for the GT and GT Performance Edition. Delivery times for all 2023 Mach-E models are currently at 18-22 weeks, though Premium models are expected to ship within 18-24 weeks, while customers in certain markets are eligible for a special discount, too.
