Ford has been reinventing its dealership experience across the globe in recent years, unveiling a new “Ford Signature” dealership in Rio de Janeiro back in 2020, as well as launching a fully online car buying platform in Mexico last year. With Ford Mexico set to become a global technology and business hub for the automaker in the coming years, it makes sense that at least one Ford dealer in that country would continue to receive some enhancements – in spite of a solid performance there in some recent studies. Now, that’s precisely what has happened, as a new Signature Ford dealer showroom has opened in Carretera Poza Rica Cazones.
Officially dubbed Ford Boutique DIMOTORS Poza Rica, this special showroom was developed using the automaker’s new Ford Boutique Signature 1.0, which uses a series of architectural, graphic, and accessory-based elements to create a unique shopping experience for consumers. Ford designed the customer areas of the facility after studying the behavior of those consumers – from the time they arrive to the time they leave. In that sense, the automaker discovered that design has a direct influence on people’s mood and decision-making.
The dealer is designed to be a clean, well-lit space with a host of illuminated, harmonious, modern, and avant-garde finishes that make it a truly modern take on a traditional venue. The new facility – located at Carretera Poza Rica Cazones No. 3708 – is open now, and filled with a full array of available models from FoMoCo’s Mexican lineup for customers to check out up close and in person.
“Without a doubt, an effective design generates a different link between the customer and the brand,” said Lucien Pinto, director of Marketing and Sales for Ford in Mexico. “The atmosphere within each distributor is the perfect showcase and the definitive point of contact between the brand and the customer.”
