This particular 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor is finished in Hot Red Pepper Metallic and is equipped with the optional 17-inch forged beadlock-capable wheels, which are wrapped with 37×12.50R17LT BFGoodrich KO2 all-terrain tires. Suspension enhancements are plentiful as well and include Ford’s High-Performance Off-Road Stability Suspension (HOSS) 4.0 system with Live Valve technology, which utilizes 3.1 Internal Bypass Semi-Active Dampers. Underneath, the Bronco Raptor features a Dana 44TM AdvanTEK front differential with upgraded half-shafts and a Dana 50TM Heavy-Duty AdvanTEK rear diff, both of which conspire to increase track width by 8.6 inches.
The 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor is powered by the twin-turbocharged Ford 3.0L V6 EcoBoost engine that produces 418 horsepower and 440 pound-feet of torque, which is mated to the 10-speed automatic transmission. In terms of styling, the Bronco Raptor certainly looks the part thanks to its bold “FORD” grille with unique headlights sporting amber daytime running lights and integrated amber marking lamps, as well as Ford’s Heavy-Duty Modular front bumper. Overall, the Bronco Raptor is 9.8 inches wider than a standard model.
