There are no discounts available for the Ford Mustang during the month of October 2022.
The lack of discount offers for the Ford Mustang during October 2022 is the result of the ponycar seeing healthy demand and tight supply, a circumstance brought about by lingering side effects COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition, the range-topping Mach 1 and Shelby GT500 continue to be excluded from the manufacturer incentives, which has been the case since the introduction of both models.
For the sake of context, below we have provided a list of every Ford Mustang discount offered so far during the 2022 calendar year:
- January – $1,000 in Bonus Cash
- March – 1.9 percent APR financing
- April – no incentives
- May – $1,000 in Bonus Cash
- June – $1,000 in Bonus Cash
- July – $1,500 in Bonus Cash
- August – 3.9 percent APR financing
- September – 3.9 percent APR financing
- October – no incentives
As such, October represents the second month that Ford has not offered incentives on the pony car.
It is also worth noting that Ford Motor Company, continues to grapple with ongoing supply shortages, including but not limited to the microchip shortage. This turn of events has caused the automaker to selectively allocate supplies to its more profitable models, such as full-size trucks and SUVs.
