The Ford Authority Take

This healthy increase in Ford Brazil sales in October represents the second consecutive monthly increase as well as the third positive result for The Blue Oval so far this year in the Brazilian market, where FoMoCo has gone from being a major local manufacturer to a national sales company that solely imports vehicles starting in the beginning of 2021.

Ford Territory

As in September, Ford’s improvement over the past month in Brazil was primarily driven by volume stabilization of its now-best-selling product, the Ford Ranger. Although the midsize truck reduced its sales year-over-year, the Ranger’s 1,403 deliveries in October is a marked improvement over previous months.

Ford E-Transit

In addition, the Ford Territory is the only nameplate that managed to post an increase in sales during the month, with additional volume being gained from sales of the Bronco Sport and Transit. In addition, the first five units of the Ford E-Transit were sold in the Brazilian market during October.
