Ford Bronco R Series Kit By Roush Gets Some Updates

Since its launch, the Ford Bronco has quickly become one of the most commonly customized vehicles on the market, with an array of upgrades available from both The Blue Oval and a host of aftermarket companies. That includes long-time Blue Oval tuner Roush, which has already launched a Performance Pac Level 1 upgrade for the twin-turbocharged Ford 2.7L V6 EcoBoost engine, an axle-back exhaust system, an air induction system, and the Ford Bronco R series kit. The latter offering was previously little more than a visual upgrade package, but now, the Ford Bronco R series kit has received a few updates that also add a bit of performance to the rugged SUV.

Those upgrades include a high-clearance, lightweight, axle-back exhaust, a high-capacity air filtration system, and a pre-filter with an “R” logo, all of which aim to add some extra power to the Bronco. In addition to those mods, the Ford Bronco R series kit also comes with an off-road recovery kit, floor protection kit, steel console vault, and Roush graphics present inside the cabin.

On the outside, the Roush Bronco is easy to distinguish from other models thanks to its pair of Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro LED Pod Lights, 17×8.5-Inch Roush Satin Iridium Gray wheels, 35-Inch General Tire Grabber X3 mud-terrain tires, Roush front bumper, hood cowl graphics, body-side graphics (for four-door models only), American flag graphics, Roush front fender badges, and an “R” hitch cover.

This more complete Bronco upgrade package from Roush includes a three-year, 36,000-mile warranty for the added components, a limited lifetime warranty for the exhaust, and is 50-state emissions legal. The cost for this comprehensive offering comes in at $8,400, and it’s available to purchase now.
