Ford Transit Discount Offers $1,000 Off For First Responders In December 2022

A Ford Transit discount offers $1,000 in Bonus Cash for qualifying first responders, reservists serving on Active Duty and members of the Delayed Entry/Enlistment program, retirees, veterans of an eligible military branch, as well as spouses and surviving spouses and other household members who are U.S. residents. This offer is only available in select markets, and is applicable toward either the purchase or lease of a 2021, 2022 or 2023 Ford Transit van.

A lack of more widespread offers is likely the result of a low-supply, high-demand scenario of the van at the dealer level, thanks in no small part to the ongoing global microchip shortage. This likely means that many buyers interested in the Ford Transit will purchase the van at full price, given that Ford has not made more attractive discount offers available this month.

Ford Transit Discounts

Below, we’ve compiled a list of Ford Transit discount offers in several large markets in the U.S.

  • New York City: no offer currently listed
  • Detroit: $1,000 Bonus Cash for military and first responders
  • Los Angeles: no offer currently listed
  • Miami: no offer currently listed

The aforementioned discount requires that a retail order for a new Transit or new retail delivery from an authorized dealer must be taken by January 3rd, 2023. Additionally, we always recommend that you check with your Ford dealer for more information regarding discounts and incentives available to you.

Why purchase when you can not get a transit. I am still waiting on my Transit order dated 9-10-21.

Any communication from ford on status?

By now I would expect you would have received some emails one of which possibly would have offered you a chance to reschedule for a 2023 model.

If you have no emails you should visit your Ford dealer to ask why. It could be somebody forgot to put your email in the Ford system. It could be some other reason too. If you get no satisfaction there you should call Ford directly.
