Ford Transit Connect Incentive Offers ‘Red Carpet Lease’ In January 2023

Throughout January 2023, a Ford Transit Connect incentive offers a Ford Credit Red Carpet lease deal for 24 months in certain markets. It’s important to note that the aforementioned offer is exclusive to select Transit Connect models.

Ford Transit Connect Incentives

Below, we have compiled a list of available Ford Transit Connect incentive offers in four major U.S. markets throughout January 2023:

  • New York City: no offer currently listed
  • Detroit: Ford Credit Red Carpet lease – $429 per month for 24 months
    • Requires Ford Credit Financing
    • Security deposit waived
    • $3,679 due at signing
    • With equipment group 210A
  • Miami: no offer currently listed
  • Los Angeles: no offer currently listed

The above Ford Transit Connect incentive is valid through January 31st, 2023. As previously mentioned, it is restricted to include select models only offered in certain markets. As always, we recommend checking with an authorized Ford dealer in your area to find out what Ford Transit Connect incentive and discount offers are available to you.

The conservative Ford Transit Connect discount offer this month is likely due to a healthy demand and low supply of the popular compact van, meaning that customers will likely purchase the vehicle regardless of its price point. This low-supply scenario is the the result of many factors preventing FoMoCo – and the automotive industry at large – from producing vehicles in the same quantities as before. These factors include, but are not limited to, the ongoing global microchip shortage.

The 2023 Ford Transit Connect continues on without any major changes. The current-gen model has been in production since the 2013 model year, though it did undergo a mid-cycle refresh for the 2019 model year. Specifically, the 2023 Transit Connect is ditching its optional 2.5L I4 engine meaning that it is exclusively available with the the Ford 2.0L I4 engine.

We should also note that the Ford Transit Connect is rapidly approaching the end of its production run in the U.S. In North America, it’s highly likely that the Transit Connect will be replaced by the Transit Custom. However, the compact van will live on in Europe, albeit as a rebadged Volkswagen.
