Since the all-new 2023 Ford Bronco Heritage and Heritage Limited were revealed last August, Ford Authority has spotted a number of the retro-styled SUVs out driving around. That includes a four-door Race Red model, a four-door Robin’s Egg Blue example, an Azure Gray two-door, a Cactus Gray two-door, and a Shadow Black two-door. Now, that list continues to grow, as Ford Authority has now spied a four-door 2023 Ford Bronco Heritage model, this time finished in Shadow Black.
As is the case with other Heritage Edition models, this Shadow Black example features a two-tone paint job with Oxford White accents including the modular hardtop, the front grille – which is also adorned with Race Red “Ford” lettering, 17-inch aluminum heritage wheels, and a bodyside stripe.
Other notable exterior features include squared-off Sasquatch-width fender flares inspired by the first-gen Bronco that give it a two-inch wider track and a powder-coated steel capable front bumper with built-in recovery points and integrated fog lamps. The Bronco Heritage Edition is available in five different exterior colors – Shadow Black – as seen here – as well as Azure Gray, Carbonized Gray, Cactus Gray, and Race Red – is based on the Big Bend trim, and is only available with the Mid package.
As such, the 2023 Ford Bronco Heritage Edition comes equipped with the turbocharged Ford 2.3L I-4 EcoBoost engine and seven-speed manual transmission or the 10-speed automatic, which is available as an option. Inside, Bronco Heritage Edition units feature plaid cloth seats, an Oxford White instrument panel, center console badging, and front and rear floor liners.
The 2023 Ford Bronco Heritage Edition features an MSRP of $44,305 (sans destination and delivery), but was initially listed as a late availability item, meaning that it wasn’t available when the 2023 Bronco launched. Unlike the Heritage Limited, the Heritage isn’t a limited-production product, while the Heritage Limited is reserved for dealer stock only and can’t be ordered by retail customers.
We’ll have more on the Bronco Heritage Edition soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for more Ford Bronco news, Bronco Sport news, and comprehensive Ford news coverage.

I just can’t get into the Heritage look. The cool factor just isn’t there for me. jmo.
Why is Ford constantly advertising vehicles they don’t have?? You can barely get a regular Bronco, and the line for a special addition Bronco starts at the 2 year mark.
Ford, why don’t you just focus on supplying customers with the basic Broco first before you start bragging about the 15 other models YOU DON’T HAVE!!
