Comments
It’s a start, but still not enough. These trucks are still overpriced and most people who could afford them before, can’t now. Until prices come down, these trucks will continue to build up in dealer inventories.
WOW!!! $1,000 off… they’re SO generous!!
Since the “pandemic,” Ford has jacked up the prices of their product far more so than in the past decade. From an average of 1.4% to 2.2% per year to 4.68% in 2021, 8.62% in 2022, and 9.89% in 2023, for the exact same model and trim (I use the 4×4 Lariat CrewCab, since that what own, though mine is a 2013). In just the past 3 years, this model (no options) has increased from $49,035 in 2020 to $61,270 in 2023, a difference of $12,235, and now they’re going to “give us back” $1,000 if we buy one? NOT A CHANCE!!!
It’s INSULTING!!
You and Boomer seem to be the same dude trying to dissuade folks from buying a truck. What’s up with that?
Be patient. A year from now the buyers will be back in control with sellers chasing their business. More discounts forthcoming.
