Back in early December, Ford Authority spotted the refreshed 2024 Ford F-150 out testing for the first time, previewing the next set of updates for the perennially best-selling pickup. Since then, Ford Authority has spotted several more 2024 Ford F-150 prototypes – including an F-150 Raptor R – out and about, but most notably, back in January, the refreshed pickup’s interior was spied for the first time. What made that particular sighting so notable is that the prototype was equipped with a vertically-oriented screen, though now, Ford Authority has spotted yet another 2024 Ford F-150 prototype – this time, with a horizontal screen.
Multiple forthcoming Blue Oval models are set to gain new infotainment screens and infotainment systems in the coming months and years, including the refreshed 2024 Ford Explorer and its sibling, the 2024 Lincoln Aviator. Now, the 2024 Ford F-150 will follow suit, as we can see in these photos of what appears to be a lower-trim level model, given the presence of a urethane steering wheel and column shifter.
As for the horizontal screen itself, that unit looks pretty similar to the 12-inch horizontal screen that debuted in the all-new 2021 F-150, save for the infotainment system that’s running on it – it’s either a significantly updated version of the Sync 4 system, or perhaps a preview of the upcoming Google Android-based software. However, the icons on the screen do look similar to what we’ve seen on previous versions of Sync, as well as the updated version of Sync 4 precent in the all-new 2024 Ford Mustang.
Aside from an updated infotainment system, the 2024 Ford F-150 will be receiving a handful of changes for its mid-cycle refresh, including at least one new 22-inch wheel design, new taillights, as well as a possible multi-function tailgate to help it better compete with the Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra, and Ram 1500, along with some other, potentially small updates.
We’ll have more on the 2024 F-150 soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for the latest Ford F-Series news, Ford F-150 news, and continuous Ford news coverage.

Finally looks like it belongs rather then stuck on.
Same as 2022 f250
Looks like more garbage 55K XLT interior quality from Ford trying to get people to upgrade to the 65k Lariat
Isn’t this the screen already avaliable since the current gen’s debut? In fact, the whole interior looks carried over. The Lightning is the only F150 that uses a vertical screen, and I’m pretty sure it’s the same one used on the Explorer.
with what they charge for the new F150, ford is pricing themself out of the market. Greed will be their downfall I can see lots of rebates soon. They are starting to set on the lots and with this economy I can see lots of discounts. When the new 5.0 dark horse is 80,000+ loaded thats is more then a 2022 GT500 base car, thats just crazy they have lost their heads.
yes there outselling everybody still
