No Ford Transit Connect Discount Available In April 2023

Once again, there are no Ford Transit Connect discount or incentive offers available toward the compact van line during April 2023.

This isn’t a surprise, considering that order banks for the van closed back in February, while order banks for the wagon closed just last week. However, dealers will continue to be able to place stock orders for these models through the duration of the 2023 model year, though those orders could be impacted by ongoing supply chain constraints.

It’s worth noting that the 2023 Ford Transit Connect does not introduce any major changes to the compact van line. The current-gen model has been in production and largely unchanged since the 2013 model year, though it did undergo a mid-cycle refresh for the 2019 model year. However, the 2023 Transit Connect ditched its optional 2.5L I4 engine and is now only available with the the 2.0L I4 engine.

The Blue Oval confirmed that the Ford Transit Connect is on its way out, and it will be fully discontinued after the 2023 model year is built out. Ford cites its reasoning for this decision as part of “efforts to reduce global manufacturing cost and complexity, alongside decreased demand for the compact van segment.”

As such, Ford Transit Connect discount offers may continue to be scarce until the vehicle is discontinued.

The price is insane. I have a 2021 Transit Connect Titanium with the panoramic roof and most options. It was $35,000.00 out the door 2 years ago on April 29th. Would cost me about $45,000.00 today….and that’s without figuring in the “added dealer markup” crap.
