2024 Ford Mustang GT With Nite Pony Package: Real World Pics

The Nite Pony Package has graced both the Ford Mustang and Mustang Mach-E lineups since the 2023 model year, and the redesigned 2024 Ford Mustang will continue to offer it throughout its lineup. Ford Authority previously captured several pre-production examples of the pony car with the package, although at the time it was unclear if they were indeed equipped with it. Now, not only do we know that they were, our photographers captured pictures of a Shadow Black Mustang GT with the Nite Pony Package, and some very alluring red stripes.

Naturally, this particular 2024 Ford Mustang GT stands out even from its brethren with its dark aesthetic, majorly assisted by its Shadow Black paint. But the Nite Pony Package really adds to its menacing charisma, as does the red striping, which is a standalone option on GT, with Race Red and Rapid Red available for those interested in that particular color. To improve things further, this Mustang also packs the 19-inch Brembo brake system with performance linings, which is a required option for any example equipped with the Nite Pony Package. Aside from the brakes themselves, the red painted calipers with white lettering is the other big ticket item.

The painted calipers really pair well with the unique Nite Pony touches, like the 19-inch black-painted wheels, black badges, and headlamps with black bezels. If this example was painted in a different color, its roof would be painted in Shadow Black as well.

Out back, we can see that this particular 2024 Ford Mustang GT is also paired with the Active Valve Performance Exhaust, which means it has 486 horsepower and 418 pound-feet on tap from the Ford 5.0L V8 Coyote, which can be paired to a standard six-manual or optional 10-speed automatic. Overall, this is a pretty spectacular combination that will look great prowling America’s streets when it arrives a bit later this year. For now, the initial run is currently undergoing extensive quality reviews at the Flat Rock Assembly plant.

  1. When the mustang comes back with a correct flat plane crankshaft, pedals that make sense, titanium valves and throw out any plastic on the engine, and get to 2 HP per cubic inch, ohh and the seats DAM, maybe i will buy one. I don’t want a computer screen that stretches across the dashboard, i want correct gauges as close to the front window as possible, analog gauges, tach and speed most important cannot hide behind the steering wheel
