Here Are All Nine 2024 Ford Ranger Colors

The next-generation 2024 Ford Ranger finally dropped for the U.S. market in May 2023, representing a complete shift in style and tech for the midsize pickup. Unsurprisingly, the new model is quite a bit more expensive than its predecessor, which is be expected from the tech-forward pickup, as it boasts quite a few upgrades across the board. The new Ranger also has an extensive color lineup, and below, Ford Authority dives deep into all nine paints that are offered on the next-generation pickup.

Cactus Gray

Azure Gray Metallic

Velocity Blue Metallic

Shadow Black

Oxford White

Iconic Silver Metallic

Hot Pepper Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat

Carbonized Gray Metallic

Shelter Green Metallic

All but two of these colors are no-cost options for the 2024 Ford Ranger. Customers who would like to dress their new Ranger in Hot Pepper Red Metallic should expect to shell out an additional $495 for the flashy color, while Azure Gray Metallic runs $995. Finally, Shelter Green Metallic is exclusive to the 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor, and cannot be added to any other model.

The configurator for the all-new Ranger went online only recently, allowing prospective buyers the ability to build and price their dream Ranger before order banks for the midsize pickup open up. It’s worth noting that the 2024 Ford Ranger features the nifty STX Appearance Package as standard, which bundles things like 17-inch silver-painted aluminum wheels, LED reflector headlamps, halogen fog lamps, a dampened tailgate and premium cloth-covered front bucket seats for maximum comfort.

Under the hood, the forthcoming 2024 Ford Ranger is available with the turbocharged Ford 2.3L I4 EcoBoost engine, which produces 270 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque. The optional twin-turbocharged Ford 2.7L V6 EcoBoost will also be offered in the future, which produces 315 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque. Both engines are mated exclusively to the Ford 10-speed automatic transmission.

  7. Ford must have dogs for paint-selection specialists… I hear that dogs don’t see colors, just shades of grey.

  8. Would love to see an eggplant or black cherry color, something that looks black in some lights and dark purple/cherry in others ! Other than those i love the silver/grey choices. Not crazy about the new chalk / faded colors out there these days. Had the unfortunate luck of buying a brand new Silver 77 F250 the year all the paint flaked off within a couple of years, some issue with the primer used underneath… so still a little unsure i would go with another silver one

  12. When are the V6 Ecoboost powered Rangers be available for ordering? I know they’ll be available in late fall but when can I order one, September?
They should offer more color variations other than the present 9. There’s the Antimatter Blue metallic and White Platinum that are awesome. After all when it’s all said and done, we’re talking about a 50K+ truck (Lariat).
