The very last S550 generation Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 rolled off the line at the Flat Rock Assembly plant in late 2020, marking the end of an impressive run for a pretty special car. A true track-focused machine for purists, the GT350 came equipped with the naturally-aspirated 5.2L Voodoo V8 that produced some glorious sounds thanks to its flat-plane crank construction, with a good old-fashioned manual transmission backing it up. But while it may be gone, this special machine won’t be easily forgotten, and the 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 is now being immortalized in diecast form by the folks at Greenlight Collectibles.
You can’t go wrong with this iconic Gulf Oil livery! 🤩

Though it’s special enough in its own regard, this diecast 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 is also finished in one of the more iconic liveries in motorsports history – the easily recognizable Gulf Oil treatment. This familiar combination of light blue and orange has graced the flanks of many famous race cars over the years, and looks right at home on this 1:64 scale diecast recreating one of the cooler Blue Oval models in recent history as well.
This special 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 diecast is expected to launch this September, but it’s just one of many Blue Oval models immortalized in that form over the past few months. Greenlight, in particular, has added a bevy of FoMoCo products to its catalog lately, including 1:64 scale recreations of the Ford Bronco Heritage and Ford Bronco Sport Heritage, the all-electric Ford Mustang Mach-E, and the all-new, S650 generation 2024 Ford Mustang.
We’ll have more on the future of the GT350 soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for more Ford Mustang news, Mustang Shelby GT350 news, and non-stop Ford news coverage.

Always hated that Gulf livery, and solid black cop car wheels only make it worse.
