Over the past few months, Ford Authority has spied a number of 2024 Ford F-150 pickups out driving around, including a Lariat, a Rattler, a Tremor, and even a Raptor R. Thus far, it seems as if the forthcoming refreshed model will carry on with only minor exterior styling updates – particularly up front, where the grille and headlights look very similar to the current model. However, sources familiar with the matter have told Ford Authority that the 2024 Ford F-150 Raptor will feature some more notable differences in that particular area.
The 2024 Ford F-150 Raptor will utilize a revised front grille design that features a few changes compared to the current model, including a slightly changed “Ford” script and a few other tweaks. It’s unclear if these changes will be significant compared to the current F-150 Raptor, but this sort of update falls right in line with what we’ve come to expect from Blue Oval refreshes in that regard.
Otherwise, there are a few other updates coming for the 2024 F-150, including a possible multi-function tailgate, which is a feature that’s already available in various forms on the Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra, and Ram 1500. As Ford Authority previously reported, the refreshed pickup will also sport an updated taillight design, along with new 22-inch wheels.
Inside the cabin, the 2024 Ford F-150 will seemingly be available with both vertical and horizontal infotainment screens, as we’ve seen in a pair of different prototypes over the last few months. Otherwise, Ford’s mission to reduce complexity in its future models will reportedly result in 2,400 fewer parts in the 2024 F-150 versus the current model, according to the automaker, which is a significant reduction by any measure.
We’ll have more on the 2024 Ford F-150 Raptor soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for the latest Ford F-Series news, Ford F-150 news, Ford F-150 Raptor news, and continuous Ford news coverage.

hope they can get more power out to ecoboost 3.5 with dodges top 3.0 hurricane making 500 horsepower. Ford needs to up their game and make some improvements on the ice motors.
Of course they can. They ran the 3.5 engine at 800hp for hours and saw it was very reliable. It is one of the main reasons the 5.0 cammer engine was dumped in favor of the 3.5 engine. The class that the engine ran in had a cap of 600hp so that is why the GT is set at 600hp. Ford said they have plenty left in the engine and have ran it at 1000hp.
The 2024 F-150 Raptor will also get a new color, Shelter Green Metallic.
