Ford Bronco Black Grille Lettering Overlay Kit Revealed

The Blue Oval’s list of Ford Bronco parts and accessories has been growing steadily since the sixth-generation model debuted for the 2021 model year, but in recent weeks, the automaker has added a slew of new, mostly visual upgrades to its catalog. That list includes a rear emblem overlay kit, two new wheel designs finished in either matte black or Sinister Bronze, a front grille lettering overlay kit, and the new Sasquatch blackout kit, which was just revealed this week. Now, Ford Bronco owners have yet another part available to purchase – the new black grille lettering overlay kit.

Sold in the Ford Performance catalog under part number M-1447-BLMB, the Ford Bronco black grille lettering overlay kit is compatible with all 2021 and up models, and does precisely what it sounds like – covers up the stock white lettering (or Race Red, in the case of the Heritage Edition) with black letters. This particular part pairs nicely with the aforementioned Sasquatch blackout kit as well, which includes black lug nuts, a black Bronco tailgate emblem, a license plate frame, and black trim rings for the wheels.

The black grille lettering overlay kit is finished in matte black and includes individual B-R-O-N-C-O grille letter emblem overlays that one can simply place over the the existing production grille letters using pre-applied 3M adhesive backing, with no drilling or other modifications required.

According to The Blue Oval, the Ford Bronco black grille lettering overlay kit features a durable finish that’s resistant to peeling and harsh weather elements, and is also safe to use in the car wash without worrying about leaving a letter or two behind. The new kit retails for $110 and is available to purchase now.

  1. Really?
    $110?
Someone is making a lot of money with these things.
I suggest a can of spray paint from Walmart for less than $10.

    1. Saw knockoffs on Amazon for about 20 bucks. Same idea.

  2. So it’s supposed to make the grille look like the Base model grille, which Ford ditched for the 2024 model year, only to sell the look of the poverty pony level as an upgraded accessory?
