The list of Ford Bronco parts and accessories has been growing steadily since the sixth-generation model debuted for the 2021 model year, but in recent weeks, The Blue Oval itself has added a host of new, mostly appearance-related upgrades to its catalog. That array includes a rear emblem overlay kit, two new wheel designs finished in either matte black or Sinister Bronze, a front grille lettering overlay kit, the Sasquatch blackout kit, and a black grille lettering overlay kit. Now, that list has expanded again to include the new 2021+ Bronco Ford Performance sill plate kit.
The new Ford Performance sill plate kit is identical to the pieces present in the Ford Bronco Raptor, giving owners of all 2021 and up Bronco models the chance to mimic that look inside their vehicles – at least those that own a four-door model, as these sill plates won’t fit two-door SUVs. Otherwise, they’re exactly the same as the ones that the Bronco Raptor comes equipped with from the factory.
That means the sill plates that come in this kit are made from black ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), which makes them incredibly durable, and feature a brushed metal Ford Performance logo on top for decorative purposes. The set includes sill plates for the driver and passenger sides of the vehicle, which are reportedly very easy to install.
Those interested in the 2021+ Bronco Ford Performance sill plate kit can find it in the automaker’s catalog under part number M-1613208-B. The kit is available to purchase now, and retails for $110 for a set of two sill plates.
