Sustained high demand has once again discouraged FoMoCo from offering any sort of Ford Maverick discount or incentive in June 2023. This has been the case since the start of the 2023 model year, so it’s not exactly a shock to see this outcome.
For context, below we have included the Ford Maverick discount offers (or, perhaps more appropriately, the lack thereof) throughout the 2022 calendar year, as well as the 2023 calendar year to date.
2022
- April – 3.9 percent APR financing
- May – 3.9 percent APR financing
- June – 3.9 percent APR financing
- July – 3.9 percent APR financing
- August – 3.9 percent APR financing
- September – 3.9 percent APR financing
- October – 3.9 percent APR financing
- November – 3.9 percent APR financing
- December – 3.9 percent APR financing
2023
- January – no incentives
- February – no incentives
- March – no incentives
- April – no incentives
- May – no incentives
- June – no incentives
The good news is that supply of the compact pickup is gradually improving. In fact, production skyrocketed in May 2023, during which the Hermosillo Assembly plant assembled 11,061 units, nearly double that of its April production numbers. Looking ahead, FoMoCo is adding a third shift in July to further increase its ability to produce the Maverick. In turn, as supply at the dealer level begins to improve, a Ford Maverick discount could once again be offered to incentivize potential buyers to purchase the compact pickup at some point.

Comments
Ford currently has active special lease offers in market for the Maverick, with offers varying by trim level.
If I purchase rather than lease, I can skip the acquisition fee, correct?
Yes, no acquisition fee for a purchase.
With the Rampage coming to compete this year with the Maverick discounts will be here soon. The Rampage looks so much better and with better equipment all digital dash, bigger screens, being a Ram product it will have a better interior and more power 295 to mavericks 250. Mavericks 2.0 has not had any improvement since it made its debut in the Fusion same power 250 ford needs to get some more power and work on NVH on the 2.0 ecoboost. My 2.0 Maverick with the 4k towing package needs some refinement it shifts why to soon and make the truck lug around and not at all smooth.
Stop buying into clickbait. There is no Rampage coming to the US this year. In fact, there’s no official plan to bring it here. Also, this images your seeing are all pre-production. They’re 2-3 years out at this point.
BIG DEAL-19 MONTHS WAITING, if you find one ,its a pre-order that the customer did not take and then its marked up $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
My guess is that the Ram will have a much higher price tag than the Maverick.
Bill, are you sure yours got ordered properly? I ordered in the September window last year and I will be picking up in a week at my dealer. Sorry you are still having trouble.
its on the way- but after this long, my wife is not getting it,keeping her kia soul- and I got rid of my f-150 and got a base sanat cruz se awd, in Jan. tired of the wait-1st time in 40 years,no Ford in our driveway, may be done with them ,tired of no PR of customer service too.sad oh well
If production has improved , why don’t we have ours ordered in 2021?
I made my order opening day within the first hour. Still no word. I have a friend that I told about the truck. They ordered the following week from the same dealer and are now driving their Maverick. I’m a lifetime Ford owner, but thrill has faded away.
Order xlt hybrid last June in production schedule for July 24
Ordered a 2023 in Sept 2022 and they haven’t even started to make it yet. The ‘dealer’ guy screwed me, my paperwork was ready to go on opening day and the guy quit. I got in on the LAST day. Total Bull**it
It’s really stunning how bad they have screwed up the roll out on these. They did a much better job back in 64 on the Mustang. I wanted one back in 2021, I’m kind of over it now.
I ordered my XLT hybrid in sep 22. Got my email from ford with the production week Aug 28 with the vin.
