As a reminder, the 2023 Ford F-150 received quite a few changes and updates over its 2022 model year predecessor, the result of FoMoCo’s desire to begin simplifying its ICE lineup. Such changes include the fact that the Limited is no longer offered with two-wheel-drive and the Ford 3.5L V6 EcoBoost engine, which were previously standard. Instead, four-wheel-drive is now standard on this trim, as is the Ford 3.5L V6 PowerBoost hybrid.

Additionally, the 2023 F-150 lineup will also gains three new variants for the new model year. This includes the retro-inspired Heritage Edition, the entry level off-road-focused Rattler and the supercharged V8-powered 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor R. The F-150 Tremor has also undergone multiple changes, featuring the naturally aspirated Ford 5.0L V8 Coyote engine as standard as opposed to the Ford 3.5L V6 EcoBoost powerplant.
