The 2024 Ford Maverick build and price configurator opened up this past Monday – along with order banks for the compact pickup – though as has been the case since its launch for the 2022 model year, this particular model remains in high demand and short supply. As such, it should come as no surprise that The Blue Oval isn’t offering any sort of discounts for the 2024 Ford Maverick, nor any kind of lease deals either, according to an incentive bulletin recently seen by CarsDirect.
Now through October 2nd, the 2024 Ford Maverick is only available with standard lease rates, which is quite the contrast to several other 2024 model year Blue Oval vehicles – such as the Ford Edge, which can be had with lease rates as low as 0.9 percent. Even the Ford Ranger has a promotional rate of eight percent, but at the moment, FoMoCo’s official website won’t even provide customers with a lease estimate for the 2024 Ford Maverick.
This means that it’s unclear what sort of lease rates 2024 Maverick customers can expect to see, which is quite the stark contrast to when the pickup initially launched with ultra-low lease rates and zero percent financing. However, with demand continuing to outweigh supply, it’s simply not necessary to offer any kind of incentive on the red-hot Maverick at the moment.
Regardless, the 2024 Ford Maverick has been treated to a host of changes for the new model year, including removing the hybrid as the standard powerplant and making it a $1,500 option. The Lariat has added the Lariat Luxury Package as standard equipment, along with the Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist Package, the spray-in bedliner, and black-painted side mirror caps. As Ford Authority reported yesterday, the pickup is ditching four exterior colors that were available in 2023, too.
Finally, the Tremor Off-Road Package gains new decals for the hood and doors, while the optional Tremor Off-Road Appearance Package has been deleted, as has the SecuriCode keypad, windshield wiper de-icer, and manual sliding rear window. Along with these changes, the 2024 Maverick has also received a round of price increases for the entire lineup, ranging from $805 for the base XL up to $1,460 for the XLT.
