Ford Argentina sales increased 32 percent to 2,489 units in June 2023 when compared to June 2022. The figures placed Ford as the sixth best-selling car brand in Argentina, behind Toyota, Peugeot, Renault, Volkswagen and Fiat.
Individual model sales performance was as follows:
- Ford Bronco Sport sales decreased 67.54 percent to 37 units
- Ford EcoSport sales decreased 88.99 percent to 36 units
- Ford F-Series sales increased 368.75 percent to 75 units
- Ford Kuga sales decreased 100 percent to 0 units
- Ford Maverick sales decreased 20.37 percent to 258 units
- Ford Mustang sales increased 214.29 percent to 22 units
- Ford Ranger sales increased 116.93 percent to 1,358 units
- Ford Territory sales increased 72.26 percent to 472 units
- Ford Transit sales increased 40.24 percent to 230 units
During the first six months of the 2023 calendar year, Ford Argentina sales increased 31 percent to 18,574 units.

The Ford Authority Take
Ford Argentina sales helped the brand maintain a positive streak through June, when the blue oval brand experienced a higher growth rate than the Argentine market as a whole – which rose 13 percent. As such, Ford has now recorded seven consecutive months of increased sales in the country.
Once again, Ford Argentina’s healthy rise last month was led by better sales results of the best-selling Ford Ranger. The midsize pickup sold more than double the number registered in the same period last year, consolidating its internal leadership position as the best selling Ford product and achieving third place among the best-selling trucks in the market.
In addition, four other Ford models also improved on their numbers during June. This includes triple-digit increases for the Ford F-Series and Mustang, models that are low volume but add significantly to the brand’s image among consumers.
