Ford Bronco High Clearance Exhaust Systems Now In FP Catalog

Among a plethora of other parts and accessories, sixth-generation Ford Bronco owners have plenty of exhaust systems to choose from in the burgeoning aftermarket. Thus far, that list includes offerings from the likes of Roush Performance, Magnaflow, MRT, Borla, Kooks, and Corsa Performance, to name just a few. However, Ford Performance is now getting in the Ford Bronco exhaust upgrade game, as it just added two different high-clearance systems to its own catalog.

The first of these Ford Bronco high-clearance exhaust systems is designed to be used with models equipped with the turbocharged 2.3L I-4 EcoBoost engine, and is listed in the Ford Performance catalog under part number M-5230-BR3. This exhaust system fits all 2021-2023 Bronco models equipped with that particular engine and is specially tuned to provide a more aggressive sound. Made from 304 stainless steel, the exhaust system utilizes the factory side hanger and includes a new rear hanger bracket and fasteners, and is 50-state street legal, as it meets the 95 decibel drive-by noise standard for all aftermarket exhaust systems when installed on stock applications.

Those that have a Ford Bronco with the twin-turbocharged 2.7L V6 EcoBoost engine can secure their own Ford Performance exhaust upgrade via part number M-5230-BR7. It’s otherwise identical to the 2.3L system, meaning that it features the same 304 stainless steel construction, along with a 2.75-inch inlet and high clearance, slash-cut tailpipes. It’s also 50-state street legal, and and comes with a new rear hanger bracket and fasteners.

Both of these exhaust systems retail for the same exact price, too – $1,095 – via the Ford Performance catalog. Each is available to order via that catalog, or from one’s local, preferred Ford dealership.
