Ford Explorer ST Sport Exhaust Debuts In Blue Oval Catalog

Blue Oval fans seeking a sportier exhaust have quite a few to choose from in both the aftermarket and from Ford itself these days. In the latter category, the Ford Performance catalog already contains such exhaust upgrades for vehicles including the Ford Super Duty pickup, the Ford Bronco Sport crossover, and the Ford F-150 pickup, to name just a few. As for the Ford Explorer, FoMoCo just added the Timberline skid plate kit to its list of available offerings, and now, the high-performance Ford Explorer ST sport exhaust system has debuted in two different finishes as well.

The first of these two Ford Explorer ST sport exhaust systems features chrome tips and is sold in the Ford Performance catalog under part number M-5200-ESTC. It fits 2020-2023 Ford Explorer ST models and is specifically designed and tuned to provide a more aggressive, throaty, performance-oriented sound. Constructed from 304 stainless steel with smooth mandrel bends and warp-free flanges, the sport exhaust features dual rear-exit four-inch diameter tips that are finished in chrome in this case.

Meanwhile, the Ford Explorer ST sport exhaust can also be purchased with black tips in the Ford Performance catalog under part number M-5200-ESTB, but is otherwise identical in every way.

Both are also available to purchase now from the Ford Performance catalog or via an authorized dealer, with a retail price of $2,195.
