2021 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands: Live Photo Gallery

The 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands isn’t a new product, but that doesn’t make it any less of a fun, sporty off-road-oriented crossover. Ford Authority had the opportunity to spend some time with the 2021 Bronco Sport and took plenty of pictures, so we’ve decided to revisit the off-road crossover’s first model year below.

This particular 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands features quite a few options, such as bash places to protect its underbody components from rough trails. It also boasts active grille shutters, a gray grille with white Bronco Sport script, LED fog lamps, auto high beam LED headlights, and headed power mirrors. It’s coated in the Alto Blue Metallic exterior hue, which is paired with the Area 51 cabin environment.

Speaking of the cabin, this 2021 Ford Bronco Sport boasts a flood light adjustable liftgate, a rubberized cargo floor, a rubber back for the rear seats, rubberized flooring all around and under seat storage. Ford Co-Pilot 360 helps with safety while driving, while Fordpass Connect provides 4G Wi-Fi hotspot connectivity where available. It features Sync 3, facilitated by an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen, with a 180-degree camera in front.

Meanwhile, an off-road suspension makes travel over rough terrain a breeze, along with paddle shifters, Trail Control, a twin-clutch rear drive unit, and the Terrain Management System. The turbocharged 2.0L I4 EcoBoost engine provides the crossover’s get-up-and-go, throwing 250 horsepower and 277 pound-feet of torque.

Looking ahead, the 2024 Ford Bronco Sport promises quite a few changes and updates over its 2023 model year predecessor. In fact, the rugged crossover is ditching the Alto Blue hue, along with several other colors, gaining two new ones in their place along with the new Black Appearance Package. The Base and Heritage Limited trims are no longer offered, while the reintroduced Free Wheeling special edition model brings back a slick multicolor paint scheme. Other features, such as the windshield wiper deicer, have been deleted.

We’ll have more on the Bronco Sport soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for the latest Ford Bronco Sport news and comprehensive Ford news updates.
