2024 Ford F-150 XLT FX4 In Race Red: Live Photo Gallery

Over the past several months, Ford Authority has spotted a number of refreshed 2024 Ford F-150 pickups out being evaluated, many of them devoid of any sort of camouflage. That list includes the base XL trim, an Iconic Silver XL with unique lighting elements, a Tremor, Lariat, Platinum, Raptor, Raptor R, Heritage Edition, an XLT with the STX Package, and a Platinum with the optional Black Appearance Package, just to name a few. Now, Ford Authority has spotted a 2024 Ford F-150 XLT finished in Race Red and equipped with the FX4 Off-Road Package, too.

As was the case with some of the previously-spotted 2024 Ford F-150 models, this pickup is equipped with plenty of chrome adorning portions of the grille, complemented by a new headlight design that ditches the signature lighting around the assemblies for bars that are mounted in the center. The revised front bumper is finished in chrome in this instance, and features cutouts for fog lamps.

Moving down the side, there aren’t really any major changes to note when compared to the existing 2023 model, which is the case across the refreshed 2024 F-150 lineup. This particular XLT model is equipped with chrome six-spoke wheels, along with chrome door handles, front fender trim, and an FX4 logo on the bed side.

In the rear, we get a good look at the revised taillight design that ditches the old “c-clamp” look for one that more closely resembles what’s present on the F-150 Lightning, along with an updated rear bumper that’s finished in chrome in this instance. The tailgate remains unchanged from the current model, however.

In addition to these styling updates, the 2024 Ford F-150 will bring forth a number of changes to the popular model, including new 22-inch wheels, an available modular front bumper, a redesigned Ford Blue Oval badge, and a new trim level dubbed the Lobo. Inside the cabin, we’ve come across both horizontal and vertical infotainment screens in a revised layout that will somewhat emulate the all-new 2023 Ford Super Duty, too. The 2024 F-150 is scheduled to make its official debut at a special event next week at the 2023 Detroit Auto Show, where a new hybrid variant is set to be revealed, too.

We’ll have more on the 2024 Ford F-150 soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for the latest Ford F-Series newsFord F-150 news, and comprehensive Ford news coverage.

Whoever signed off on this grill design should be fired, an absolutely crime to the f150…

Does the 2024 F-150 have the 10R80 transmission?

It does look like it has a raccoon face with that grill design….at least when it’s black. I actually really like it tbh. I’m glad to see the F-150 appears to be getting standard LED headlights and indicators. That means most of the Ford lineup is all LED up front at this point (sans SuperDuty, Transit, and E-Series).

Michael – where did you see this? I would love if the XL STX came with LED headlights. That truck is already better looking than this one above. The grill on this look like cheap plastic

These new 2024 Ford trucks are looking good. The new super duty in person is the best looking truck on the market. Ford trucks are now looking like Ford trucks love the designs.

Only thing i do not like is the rear tail lights they are bit overdone. Other than that they are looking good.

Painted silver grill and painted silver wheels on what is supposed to be a Chrome Package truck. Hopefully the production Chrome Package truck will have a chrome grill and chrome wheels like they are supposed to. What a shame

This truck needs a complete bodystyle change…its the oldest all the Detroit models Ram and GM…it looks dated….and Ford want to hype a grille change with a restyle…not…
