Ford Maverick Discount Non-Existent Again In October 2023

Once again, The Blue Oval has not made any Ford Maverick discount available during October 2023, a direct result of sustained high demand and relatively low supply of the compact pickup. As this has been a common scenario for most of the compact pickup’s 2023 model year, the lack of discounts or incentives this month is not exactly a surprise.

For context, below we have included the Ford Maverick discount offers (or, perhaps more appropriately, the lack thereof) throughout the 2022 calendar year, as well as the 2023 calendar year to date.

2023

Once again, the Ford Maverick absolutely crushed its singular rival in the compact pickup segment, the Hyundai Santa Cruz, during the third quarter of 2023. Extremely high demand amid suboptimal inventory of the Maverick is likely to blame for the lack of Ford Maverick discounts this month, and it looks like this may remain the status quo for the foreseeable future.

  1. Doesn’t matter. A lot of Maverick intenders are now buying Chevy Trax’. It’s all about price. Chevy got it right, with inventory as well.

    1. Why would anyone buy a Chevy Trax which isn’t comparable in anyway to a Maverick? Also, it will plummet in price since they are so available!

    2. I don’t understand – the Chevy Trax is neither a hybrid or a truck.
While some/many would say the Maverick isn’t a real truck either what is there to compare here?
      Simply the price??

    3. Chevy Trax? No, I’ll wait for a Maverick. Why would I buy a depreciating Trax in the meantime?

  2. So.. for those of us losers that ordered the 2023 in September 2022 and are just now getting our trucks as a 2024 will Smart Vicent show we are eligible for 3.9% financing – or even lower for less than 60 months?
Is the offered financing at time of ordering considered an “incentive”?
I’m talking besides the “private offers” for the 2023 to 2024 “rollover”.

  3. I ordered a maverick xlt hybrid in October 2022, factory direct order. Can anyone tell me about when I will get this vehicle? Maybe someone who order shortly before this and has received a hybrid.

  4. If you want a 2025 Maverick, when should you place your order?! Thinking with the long wait times, Ford should be opening the order bank for the 2025 around January.
