Over the past few months, we’ve seen our fair share of Lincoln limousines pop up for sale at various online collector car auctions, including a 1969 Lincoln Continental Executive Limousine, a a 2006 Lincoln Town Car limo, and a stretched 2013 Lincoln Navigator. Now, this rather pristine 1992 Lincoln Town Car Executive Series limo with just 20k miles continues that trend, as it just popped up for sale over at Bring a Trailer, too.
This 1992 Lincoln Town Car Executive Series Limousine was a one-owner vehicle from new until it was acquired by the selling dealer, and that certainly shows in its stellar condition. On the outside, the Medium Titanium Metallic paint remains in fantastic shape, with no blemishes noted in the listing whatsoever. As part of the limo conversion, the Town Car was stretched a total of 28 inches, however, and fitted with a center section and extended-length rear doors to take up that newly created space.
The same goes for the cushy-looking and ultra-clean interior, which is fitted with Light Titanium leather upholstery, loads of woodgrain trim, and plenty of amenities including reading lights, a radar detector, full power accessories, air conditioning, a cassette stereo, and a car phone, though that latter part isn’t operational. The headliner is loose and needs repair, but that’s a pretty easy fix, at least.
Power for this elongated Lincoln Town Car comes from the naturally-aspirated Ford 4.6L V8, which in this guise was factory-rated to send 190 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque to the the wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission. In fantastic condition with few miles on the clock, it would seem as if this Town Car limo might have plenty of potential suitors, but as of this writing, it has only received a high bid of $4,250 with two days to go – making it a potential bargain for the right person.
We’ll have more cool auction finds to share soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for more Lincoln news, Lincoln Town Car news, and ongoing Ford news coverage.

I see that pic of the front seats being more flat and they look so comfy. I really hate the seats in cars any more today. Everything is buckets, firm to hard, huge side and bottom cushion bolsters that dig into your legs. Zero room to stretch out and go for a long drive. Oh how I long for the split bench seats, column shifter and softer seating.
