Customers in the market for an electric pickup may be able to take advantage of generous Ford F-150 Lightning discount offers during November 2023, which include $7,500 in Retail Order Bonus Cash toward certain models. This may be combined with the $7,500 federal EV tax credit, resulting in up to $15,000 off overall.
It’s important to note that this offer is only valid if the overall value of the pickup does not exceed $80,000, but it is available nationwide. Additionally, the offer is exclusive to the Lariat trim, and will expire on January 2nd, 2023.
For the sake of context, below, we’ve outlined the most significant Ford F-150 Lightning discount offers (or, sometimes, the lack thereof) throughout the 2023 calendar year:
- January – no incentives
- February – no incentives
- March – no incentives
- April – no incentives
- May – no incentives
- June – no incentives
- July – $1,500 Retail Order Bonus Cash
- August – $2,000 Retail Order Bonus Cash
- September – no incentives
- October – no incentives
- November – $7,500 Retail Order Bonus Cash
The generous Ford F-150 Lightning discount available this month has likely been implemented to stimulate interest in purchasing the electric pickup. Sales of the F-150 Lightning tanked 86 percent during Q3 2023 as demand plummeted, prompting FoMoCo to scale back production of the F-150 Lightning at the Rouge Electric Vehicle Center earlier this year.

Comments
You could offer 20K off on the lightning and you will still have a problem selling EV pickups.
Exactly.
I think RAM hit the nail on the head with their new Ramcharger. Integrating a gasoline powered generator into the vehicle is the way to go. Lightning is soon to be obsolete.
Sounds like a Fire Sale to me. Oops, did I say that? LOL
yup, with how many I see on dealer lots, they will have to give those things away to get rid of them.
Imagine that.
