As in past months, this is a direct result of sustained high demand and relatively low supply of the compact pickup, which has dissuaded FoMoCo from offering any deals toward the Maverick for the entirety of its 2023 model year.

Once again, the Ford Maverick absolutely crushed its singular rival in the compact pickup segment, the Hyundai Santa Cruz, during the third quarter of 2023. Sustained high demand amid suboptimal inventory of the Maverick is likely to blame for the lack of Ford Maverick discounts this month, and it looks like this may remain the status quo for the foreseeable future.
