The Ford Authority Take

After suffering three consecutive months of sales decline, Ford Colombia’s sales increased healthily in October. Although it was only a slight increase, it ended Ford’s losing streak in the country fairly thoroughly.

In October, several Ford Colombia models recorded notable double and triple-digit increases. In terms of volume, the Ford Escape was the most notable, once again positioning itself as the brand’s best-selling model in the Colombian market during the month. The Bronco Sport, Expedition, and F-Series also registered increases.

Ford Ranger XL Brazil - Exterior 001 - Rear Three Quarters

For its part, the Ford Ranger once again suffered a fall that caused it to lose the brand’s sales leadership. The midsize pickup is in the midst of a generational transition in Colombia and apparently is suffering from having a limited inventory of units.
