A long-time tuner with a focus on Blue Oval models, Roush Performance has long offered a catalog full of parts and accessories for the Ford Super Duty – as well as an entire, turnkey model with an array of upgrades already installed. Roush debuted its new version of the Super Duty following the model’s redesign for the 2023 model year, and now, that same outfit has revealed the latest version of that beefed-up pickup – the 2024 Roush Super Duty.
Available in either F-250 or F-350 Lariat trims, the new 2024 Roush Super Duty is powered by the automaker’s turbocharged 6.7L V8 Power Stroke diesel, which in this case has been treated to a dual-tip performance DPF-back exhaust, while a Roush Performance front brake package with slotted rotors helps slow it down. Additionally, Roush adds its own, specially-tuned Fox 2.0 coilover suspension to the mix to enhance comfort and off-road capability.
In terms of styling, the 2024 Roush Super Duty comes equipped with color-matched fender flares with integrated accent lighting, an updated Roush front grille, a graphics package, and Roush badging. The truck rolls on a set of satin black 20-inch Roush wheels wrapped with 35-Inch General Tire Grabber A/TX all-terrain tires, while the interior has been treated to Roush floor liners and a serialized badge.
Those that want more can certainly get it in the form of optional goodies like Roush premium Coffee Brown leather seats with black suede inserts and embroidered headrests, a Roush rocker graphic upgrade, and the Roush Ready Package, which includes a console vault and off-road utility kit. The base price for the new 2024 Roush Super Duty comes in at $16,400, not including the donor truck or additional options.
We’ll have more tuner trucks to share soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for the latest Ford F-Series news, Ford Super Duty news, and continuous Ford news coverage.

Will Roush be doing a Ranger anytime soon? When I inquired about that with a Roush dealer rep a few months ago I was told they had no plans to do another Roush Ranger based on the new body style at that time.
