Andy’s Custard To Sponsor Custer’s No. 00 Xfinity NASCAR Ford

Cole Custer, driver of the No. 00 NASCAR Ford Mustang in the Xfinity Series and reigning division champion, recently picked up a rather fitting sponsor for his 2024 racing season with Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR). Custer will appropriately carry the colors of Andy’s Frozen Custard for select Xfinity Series races this year.

Specifically, Andy’s will appear as the primary sponsor on the No. 00 NASCAR Ford for three races: Texas on April 13th, the Chicago Street Race on July 6th, and the Charlotte Roval on October 12th. Beyond its duties as primary for those three events, Andy’s will provide funding for Custer throughout the season, and its logo will be featured on his firesuit.

“We are fortunate to have worked with some of the best companies and drivers in motorsports throughout our 30 plus years of commitment to the sport,” said Andy Kuntz, CEO and owner of Andy’s Frozen Custard, in a statement. “Stewart-Haas and Custer are no exception and we’re excited about the partnership. Not to mention, with a name like ‘Cole Custer,’ it’s as if we were meant to work together!”

As part of the new partnership, Andy’s and Custer worked together to create a custom “Concrete” custard, which features the driver’s favorite toppings. Dubbed “The Cole Custer Concrete,” the frozen treat features vanilla custard with Heath Bar, melted chocolate chips and peanut butter.

“I’m genuinely excited about my new partnership with Andy’s Frozen Custard,” Custer said. “Competing in NASCAR is a privilege and success doesn’t come easily. You have to work hard for it, and when you taste success, you’re ready to celebrate. I’ve got a great partner in Andy’s Frozen Custard who makes the sweet taste of victory even sweeter.”

Custer had a stellar 2023 season with quite a few accomplishments under his belt, such as claiming the pole position at Homestead, winning at Portland, and, of course, securing the Xfinity Series championship with a win at Phoenix.

  1. Frozen custard is so smooth and delicious. Maybe NASCAR could sponsor a frozen custard eating contest? The Frozen 500?
