Larger Ford F-150 Fuel Injectors For 5.0L V8 Coyote Revealed

As the perennially best-selling vehicle in the U.S., the Ford F-150 is also one of the most popular models on the planet in terms of modifications. As such, both Ford Performance and the aftermarket already offer a vast array of parts and accessories for the Ford F-150, including exhaust systems from the likes of MBRP, Roush, Kooks, and Ford. Now, owners of 2021 and up Ford F-150 pickups equipped with the naturally-aspirated 5.0L V8 Coyote engine can also snag a set of larger fuel injectors from the Ford Performance catalog, too.

2021-2023 Ford F-150 55 Pound Fuel Injector Kit

These new Ford Performance fuel injectors are 55-pound units that are designed to fit 2021-present Ford F-150 models equipped with variable displacement 5.0L V8 Coyote engines. The purpose of these parts is to provide a bit more fuel for supercharged applications, specifically, or those with any other form of forced induction, though as FoMoCo points out, a custom application-specific calibration is required to ensure they function properly.

These new fuel injectors are listed in the Ford Performance catalog under part number M-9593-55VDE, and retail for $490 for a set of eight. They figure to be a popular upgrade for those that install supercharger kits on their pickups, which have become quite popular in recent years, particularly on F-150 models equipped with the Coyote V8.

In fact, Ford Performance already offers its own supercharger kit for 2021 and up Ford F-150 models with the 5.0L engine, which help it churn out more than 700 horsepower. For those that would prefer to install this kit as part of a more comprehensive package – one that pays homage to the old SVT F-150 Lightning – FoMoCo also recently began offering its FP700 package, which includes the aforementioned kit as an option.
