Among the many companies it works with, Ford Performance has enjoyed a long and fruitful relationship with Front Row Motorsports (FRM) since 2004, and in the years since, both have teamed up to secure their fair share of victories in the NASCAR Cup Series. Thus, it should come as no surprise that FRM has signed a new deal with Ford Performance that will extend its relationship with the brand it has experienced tremendous success with for many years now, according to Motorsport.
The new multi-year agreement between Ford Performance and Front Row Motorsports will elevate the latter to Tier 1 status, and FRM will now collaborate with Team Penske on engineering, aerodynamics, race setup, strategy, pit crew development, and various other projects moving forward as well. The outfit will continue to work with FoMoCo in NASCAR’s Truck Series as well, a partnership that dates back to 2020.
“I am proud to wear the Blue Oval and be associated with an iconic American brand in Ford,” said team owner Bob Jenkins. Our relationship with Ford has continued to build over the past decade and we’re now showing our success over the past several seasons in the Cup and Truck Series, and that is something that I’m very proud of.”
“A racer’s mindset isn’t suited to be patient. We all want results immediately, but the way Bob Jenkins and Jerry Freeze have built Front Row Motorsports through the years is a model for how it should be done,” said Mark Rushbrook, global director, Ford Performance Motorsports. “We’ve always been proud of our partnership and can’t wait to see how much higher they can go with this new Team Penske alliance.”
