2008 Ford Mustang Bullitt With Just 4K Miles Up For Auction

Last seen in the 2020 model year, the Ford Mustang Bullitt has popped up from time to time throughout Blue Oval history, paying tribute to the iconic pony car that starred in the Steve McQueen film of the same name. As such, the Bullitt has plenty of fans out there seeking nice examples of those tributes, and from time to time, we see precisely that – whether it be this 15k-mile 2001 model or a 2019 with just 6k miles on the clock. Now, we can add this 2008 Ford Mustang Bullitt to that list, as it was recently listed for sale over at Bring a Trailer.

This particular 2008 Ford Mustang Bullitt is one of 5,772 built in that particular model year, and it’s been in the possession of the original owner since new as well. That person clearly hasn’t driven it much over their years of ownership, however, as this pony car has a mere 4k miles on the clock, and it looks basically brand new as a result. In fact, the seller notes no flaws in its stellar Dark Highland Green Metallic paint.

The same goes for the Dark Charcoal leather interior, which looks to be in basically perfect shape and includes notable features like a power-adjustable driver’s seat, keyless entry, cruise control, the Shaker 500 audio system, engine-turned dashboard trim, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.

Power for this 2008 Ford Mustang Bullitt comes from the automaker’s naturally-aspirated 4.6L V8, in this guise factory-rated to produce 315 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of torque, which flows to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transmission. A stellar example of its breed, this Bullitt has already conjured up a lot of interest at auction – and we imagine that it will continue to do so until the hammer falls, too.
