Though it hasn’t been part of The Blue Oval’s North American lineup for some time now, the Ford Focus ST has enjoyed quite a bit of continued popularity in the used vehicle market. In fact, we’ve seen several of these hot hatches pop up for sale at various online auctions as of late, a list that includes a 30k-mile 2016 model, a 2014 with just 20k miles, and a very cool 2014 Focus ST Octane Academy veteran, to boot. Now, this 2018 Ford Focus ST has surfaced for sale at Cars & Bids, this time, with an even lower 8k miles showing on the odometer.
This 2018 Ford Focus ST is finished in Shadow Black, has lived with one owner since new, and touts an accident-free history, to boot. It’s also largely unmodified, meaning that on the outside, it sports 18-inch wheels, fog lights, a rear spoiler, and a small dent, but otherwise, it looks to be in pretty fantastic condition.
The same goes for the cloth interior, which is finished in Charcoal Black with ST bucket seats up front, a leather-wrapped flat-bottom steering wheel, aluminum pedals, auxiliary gauges, air conditioning, cruise control, and a rear-view camera.
The big news here, of course, lies under the hood, where one will find the turbocharged 2.0L I-4 EcoBoost engine that was factory-rated to send 252 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque to the front wheels via a six-speed manual transmission. In this case, those numbers are likely higher due to the presence of a Cobb Stage 1 ECU Tune and high-flow filter, but the seller didn’t provide any dyno results to back up that notion. Regardless, this ultra low-mile Ford Focus ST is certainly a blue chip find, and it should generate plenty of interest in the coming days.
