Ford Colombia Sales Jump 57 Percent In February 2024

Ford Colombia sales increased 57 percent to 759 units in February 2024.

Individual model sales performance was as follows:

Ford Bronco Sport sales increased 538.46 percent to 83 units
Ford Edge sales decreased 33.33 percent to 12 units
Ford Escape sales increased 431.94 percent to 383 units
Ford Expedition sales increased 20 percent to 6 units
Ford Explorer sales were flat at 60 units
Ford F-150 Lightning sales totaled 0 units
Ford F-Series sales decreased 25 percent to 18 units
Ford Ranger sales decreased 31.6 percent to 197 units

During the first two months of the 2024 calendar year, Ford Colombia sales increased 32 percent to 1,209 units.

The Ford Authority Take

For the fifth consecutive month, Ford Colombia’s sales increased notably, an act that strengthened the brand’s standing in the South American country. Ford owes much of February’s success on its crossover lineup.

In particular, the refreshed Ford Escape continues to be the model that leads the Blue Oval brand in Colombia, with a significant three-digit increase, and more than 300 units year-on-year. The compact crossover has solidly established itself as the brand’s best-selling model in the Colombian market.

Also notable is the significant triple-digit increase of the Ford Bronco Sport in Colombia during February, where it finished with the highest growth rate in the lineup. By contrast, the pickup line and the Ford Edge suffered notable drops last month.
