Ford Ranger Raptor Assault School Officially Debuts

Over the past several years, Ford has offered a wide array of driving schools and off-road experiences for owners of select vehicles, including the Ford Explorer ST and Ford Mustang Dark Horse outings at the Ford Performance Racing School in Charlotte, the Ford Bronco and Ford Bronco Raptor Off-Roadeos, and the Ford F-150 Raptor Assault School as well. Now, with the arrival of the all-new 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor in the U.S., The Blue Oval is also adding a brand new Assault School for that redesigned pickup, too.

The new Ford Ranger Raptor Assault School is designed specifically for the high-performance off-road-focused mid-size pickup and its owners, and will be hosted at the Ford Performance Racing School in Tooele Valley, Utah. Those that own a 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor will be eligible to attend this one-day class at the scenic location starting in June, which is complimentary with the purchase of the truck itself.

There, owners will enjoy a curated curriculum designed in conjunction with Ford Performance, which means that they’ll get to spend some time in the classroom learning about their trucks, as well as traverse a variety of challenging terrain and participate in activities such as rock climbing, high-speed Baja-style desert runs, descending, braking, side hilling, and climbing inclines. The ultimate goal of this single-day experience is to not only teach Ford Ranger Raptor owners about their pickups and its features, but also, to instill confidence and help hone their abilities.

“Our goal is for owners, whether novices or off-road veterans, to experience the full capability of Ranger Raptor and get a true understanding of the passion and attention to detail that Ford engineers put into developing it,” said Will Ford, Ford Performance general manager.

Those that wish to participate in the Ford Ranger Raptor Assault School can sign up at RangerRaptorAssault.com. The Ford Performance Racing School will provide trucks to drive and all the requisite safety gear, as well as meals, meaning that participants only need to arrange transportation and lodging.
