2024 Ford Bronco Raptor Black Appearance Package Officially Debuts

Back in late February, The Blue Oval announced that it would be revealing something special just in time for the solar eclipse – the all-new 2024 Ford Bronco Raptor Black Appearance Package. Those that were in attendance for a special Bronco Off-Roadeo solar eclipse viewing event in Texas were also able to check out this new offering up close and personal, and now, the 2024 Ford Bronco Raptor Black Appearance Package has officially debuted.

Joining the Code Orange package that debuted last year, the new 2024 Ford Bronco Raptor Black Appearance Package adds a host of Shadow Black and matte black exterior features to the high-performance off-roader, as is all the rage these days. On the outside, that includes a Shadow Black-painted roof, mirror caps, roll bar (designed to mimic the sixth-generation concepts’), and fender flares, coupled with a matte black steel bumper, front skid plate, and tow hooks. As Ford notes, many customers have already been painting their skid plates, which is what inspired that particular change.

The 2024 Ford Bronco Raptor Black Appearance Package will retail for $4,995, and it will be available to order at the end of April. “Customers choose Bronco Raptor for two reasons: its high-performance off-road capability and its distinctive appearance,” said Bronco Brand Manager Jason Hyde. “The Black Appearance gives them a look that stands out on any trail and under any sky, even a total solar eclipse.”

In addition to this new package, the 2024 Ford Bronco Raptor has received a few other notable updates for the model year already. Those include the aforementioned Code Orange package – which adds that color to the tow hooks, wheel beadlock rings, a portion of the graphics, and seat belts – the option for painted fender flares, and two new exterior color options – Shelter Green Metallic and Velocity Blue.

  2. Looks great to me. The total price for a V6 powered Braptor, however, is absolutely ludicrous.

  3. Yeah the price went up 20,000 grand in a year from 2022 to 2023 which was crazy.
