This year marks not only the dawn of a new generation of pony car, but also, 60 years since the Ford Mustang made its debut at the 1964 New York International Auto Show. As such, we’ve already seen celebrations revolving around this milestone take place both on the automaker’s watch and as part of various other events. As Ford Authority reported a few weeks ago, we’ve also been eagerly awaiting the debut of the new 2025 Ford Mustang 60th Anniversary Package, and now, this special offering has been officially revealed.
Available in Wimbledon White, Race Red, or Vapor Blue, the 2025 Ford Mustang 60th Anniversary Package can be had on GT Premium models in both coupe and convertible configurations, and with either the six-speed manual or 10-speed automatic transmission. From there, the package adds a host of unique touches that pay tribute to the original model, including badging that’s designed to present a modern take on the pieces present on the first-generation pony car.
Additionally, customers can choose from either Iconic Silver or Vermillion Red side stripes designed to look like the original model’s rocker panel stripes. The Mustang 60th Anniversary Package adds a new front grille with a unique mesh design and silver-accent nostrils that double as functional air intakes, a version of the Nite Pony headlights with smoked housings, and unique 20-inch Dark Gravity Gray wheels with bright machined details and retro-themed Vermillion Red aluminum center caps. Iconic Silver mirror caps are present on Race Red variants, while Vapor Blue models get chrome mirrors and Wimbledon White examples are equipped with body-color mirror caps.
Inside the cabin, this special package features a unique instrument panel badge, along with three choices in terms of colors – Space Gray, Carmine Red, or Black Onyx. The 2025 Ford Mustang 60th Anniversary Package will be limited to just 1,965 total units, with order banks set to open up this summer. Deliveries are expected to follow in Q4 2024, but Ford won’t be announcing pricing for this special package until we get closer to that date.
We’ll have more on the 2025 Ford Mustang 60th Anniversary Package soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for more Ford Mustang news and non-stop Ford news coverage.

The front of this anniversary model looks like it was designed in 1958. What a mess. The worst looking Mustang of all time.
I would not say the worst looking Mustang of all time but those wheels are way more Porsche then Mustang. I would not limit it let everyone that wants one get one. That way the dealers can not screw over the customers with their ADM’s on this package.
So tired of the way Ford does this limited edition crap. Why not make it available to the every day Joe? Instead they give the dealer even more leeway to screw over people.
Agree!!!
Lincoln never offered a 100th anniversary edition. Such a waste spending dollars on Mustang .
I was excited to hear of this hoping to see a 1965/1966 version again, the real original pony car. Instead, we get a remake of the 1980’s version. Sucks.
Why do away with the charging, and now chrome mirrors ugly. Not to mention the silver accent nostrils another ugly idea. Looks like design is running out of stuff do to.
I looked at some new ones wanting 60k way overpriced and the addendum sticker add on’s ridiculous prices on their mop and glow dealer added stuff.
