Following its debut a few months ago, the refreshed 2024 Ford F-150 began shipping to dealers earlier this month. The updated pickup carries over with a host of variants – including the Tremor, which slots in the lineup beneath the more hardcore Raptor, and for the new year, that model also received some notable updates designed to help it better stand out from the regular F-150. However, the refreshed Ford F-150 will soon be competing against the the also-updated 2025 Ram lineup, which includes the regular 1500 model as well as the PHEV Ramcharger, the high-performance RHO (which replaces the TRX), and now, the 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel, which is a direct F-150 Tremor rival.
The 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel also features its own unique styling cues that differentiate it from those other models, including a blacked-out front grille, a black powder coated off-road front bumper with a skid plate, front tow hooks, LED fog lamps, and black bezel bi-functional projector headlamps, along with an aluminum sport hood.
Inside the cabin, the 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel features a leather-wrapped steering wheel, paddle shifters, a console-mounted “performance” shifter, and unique items such as leather bucket seats with “X” logos, red accent stitching, red crusted perforated seat inserts, and a black and red center console badge, plus a 14.5-inch touchscreen. Adding the Rebel X Package as an option also gives customers a dual pane sunroof and other niceties like a 19-speaker Harman Hardon sound system.
Available exclusively as a crew cab model with a five-foot seven-inch long bed, the 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel is powered by the twin-turbocharged 3.0L I-6 Hurricane SST standard output powerplant, which generates 420 horsepower and 469 pound-feet of torque, paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission. It also features a one-inch lift and 17-inch wheels wrapped with 33-inch all-terrain tires, Bilstein front and rear shocks, a softer rear stabilizer bar, and a unique steering calibration. The 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel is available to order now, and starts out at $64,195, minus destination charges.

Like I said before, whatever Ford has today, GM and Dodge will have tomorrow. For an example, dodge now has aluminum hood, GM has aluminum truck bed on some of their products.
I’m jealous of the paddle shifters. I need to spend $800 to swap a raptor steering wheel to get that!
How about the turbos that the GM and Stellantis faithful were complaining about being distress 6 cylinders way back in 2011. Well, looks like their following ford again 🙄
I don’t think you really meant that it had a radio with a Harmon Hardon…
Tremor comes standard with a V8…..Rebel what?
