- Ford Edge sales decreased 35.29 percent to 11 units
- Ford Escape sales increased 252.5 percent to 282 units
- Ford Expedition sales decreased 20 percent to 4 units
- Ford Explorer sales increased 2.5 percent to 41 units
- Ford F-150 Lightning sales totaled 0 units
- Ford F-Series sales decreased 19.23 percent to 21 units
- Ford Mustang sales increased 66.67 percent to 5 units
- Ford Ranger sales decreased 52.54 percent to 131 units
During the first three months of the 2024 calendar year, Ford Colombia sales increased 28 percent to 1,757 units.

The Ford Authority Take
In contrast to the broader Colombian auto market, Ford Colombia sales solidly increased in March. Ford continues to perform well in the country and has now increased sales for six months counting.
Once again, Ford Colombia’s performance during the month of March was driven by the the Ford Escape. The Escape marked significant three-digit growth that added more than 200 units to the year-on-year result, consolidating itself as the brand’s best-selling model in the Colombian market.
In addition, the Ford Bronco Sport stands out, as well as the Ford Mustang and Ford Explorer. In contrast, Ford’s pickup line significantly underperformed, with declines in the Ford Ranger and F-Series line.

1757 units in three months? For an entire country. That’s a little over one days’ production at a single assembly plant. Sure hope somebody at the glass house has a good justification for this. Sure doesn’t sound like a well thought out business plan.
