Here’s A Guide To Every 2024 Ford Maverick Wheel

The 2024 Ford Maverick has quite a few wheel options on offer, and below, Ford Authority takes a closer look at all eight options available, their corresponding trim level and availability.

All told, there are eight wheels offered for the 2024 Ford Maverick. The first are the 17-inch steel wheels with Sparkle Silver painted covers, which are standard on the Maverick XL. The Maverick XLT, meanwhile, gets the 17-inch Carbonized Gray painted aluminum wheels as standard, while the 17-inch Machined-face Carbonized Gray painted aluminum wheels are optional on the XLT and Lariat trims.

The 17-inch Unique Ebony painted aluminum wheels are included in the FX4 off-road package for the XLT and Lariat trims, while the 17-inch Machined-face Tarnished Dark painted aluminum wheels with Orange painted pockets are exclusively available as part of the Tremor off-road package. Meanwhile, the 18-inch Machined-face Bright aluminum wheels are standard on Lariat models.

As Ford Authority extensively detailed, the 2024 Ford Maverick received quite a few changes and updates compared to its prior model year. The compact pickup dropped the 2.5L I4 hybrid engine as its standard engine option in favor of the 2.0L EcoBoost I4 gasoline powerplant. The Lariat trim was subject to notable changes too, gaining quite a few standard packages and features that were previously optional, while the off-road-focused Tremor replaced its optional appearance package with standard decals.

The compact pickup also lost the factory SecuriCode keypad across the board, along with the manual sliding rear window and the windshield wiper deicer. Meanwhile, it also lost four exterior colors, but gained two new ones. Production began at the Hermosillo Assembly plant in Mexico in October 2023.
