Already well into its fourth model year of production, the sixth-generation 2024 Ford Bronco just received a host of mid-year updates – some of them rather notable. In fact, one feature that was originally slated to be available when the current-generation Bronco launched – a Shadow Black-painted hard top – is now finally on the options list, while the 2024 Ford Bronco Raptor also gained a body-color hard top option, as well as the just-revealed Raptor Black Appearance Package. Now, those looking to purchase a 2024 Ford Bronco can also opt for these Raptor-style running boards, too.
The same style of running boards – which also double as rock rails – present on the Bronco Raptor can now be spec’d on the regular 2024 Ford Bronco. However, this option is limited to four-door models equipped with the Sasquatch Package only (the Bronco Raptor is only sold in four-door configuration, after all) and the Big Bend, Black Diamond, Outer Banks, and Badlands trims. The running boards are an $1,150 option.
In addition to all of these changes, Ford just began selling its molded-in color (MIC) top as an accessory, albeit in limited quantities, though until now, those seeking that particular part were forced to look to the aftermarket. These mid-year updates accompany a handful of changes that already took place for the 2024 Ford Bronco Raptor lineup, including the addition of body-color painted fender flares, plus the brand new Code Orange package and two new exterior colors – Shelter Green Metallic and Velocity Blue.
As for the regular 2024 Ford Bronco lineup, it also previously received some updates for the new model year in the form of making the larger 12-inch screen with Sync 4 standard across the entire lineup, while Badlands-trimmed models now come equipped with the Heavy Duty Modular Front Bumper as standard equipment, too.

I just tried doing a Build & Price on a 4dr Badlands and it allowed me to add the Raptor style running boards without adding the Sasquatch package and they were only a $755 option. I also noticed the Raptor has rock rails with removable running boards, whereas the Raptor style running boards on other models are only running boards and are apparently not removable.
What is the part number for the Raptor Style Running Board
What is the part number for the Raptor Style Running Boards? I was given this part number N2DZ-16450-CA. But I am not 100% sure what this includes. Is it a kit with both sides to add the steps? My parts person said he was given this part number from ford. But does not have any more info. Can anyone help with confirming the info?
