2024 Ford Bronco Sasquatch Lineup Gets Everglades’ Wheel

Part way through its fourth model year of production, the sixth-generation 2024 Ford Bronco was recently treated to a host of mid-year updates. Some of those updates are minor, while others – including the pending discontinuation of the Heritage Limited – are more substantial. Now, those opting for the optional Sasquatch Package are looking at a pretty notable update for the 2024 Ford Bronco as well, as that package has gained an interesting new wheel option, as first reported by Bronco Nation.

That option is the addition of the same wheel style present on the Everglades – the 17-inch Carbonized Gray-painted alloy units, which are now the new standard wheel for 2024 Ford Bronco models equipped with the Sasquatch Package. This change has already taken place in the SUV’s build and price configuration, and applies to all trims except for the Wildtrak and Heritage/Heritage Limited. As for the previously-standard 17-inch Black High Gloss-Painted Aluminum wheel with the Warm Alloy Beauty Ring that’s beadlock capable, that wheel is still available as an extra-cost option on the Big Bend, Black Diamond, Outer Banks, and Badlands models with the Sasquatch Package.

Aside from this bit of news, the 2024 Ford Bronco also received a host of interesting and notable changes as part of its mid-year updates. Perhaps the most notable is the addition of a Shadow Black painted hard top option, as it’s something that was originally supposed to be available when the sixth-generation Bronco debuted for the 2021 model year. Additionally, the 2024 Ford Bronco Raptor gained a body-color hard top option, as well as the just-revealed Raptor Black Appearance Package.

As for regular 2024 Bronco variants, customers can now spec them with the same style of running boards present on the Bronco Raptor, as Ford Authority recently reported, which double as rock rails for off-roading purposes, too.

  1. Size of tires would be helpful

  2. Production of the crossover (Ford Edge) has officially ended. The end of another great automobile crossover. Maybe it will sell in China.

  3. If only we could get the wheels from the factory, without the Sasquatch pkg, the Sasquatch wheels bring the wheels out to perfectly align with the outer edge of fender flairs. Heck make the wheels, Black diamond std tires, and Sasquatch fender flares a package without going full sas pkg. Not everyone want 35” tires. but we like the look of the factory wheels. and wider stance. Also would like the Black Painted hard top for 2dr!, And the signature headlamps need to be available on Black Diamond model. Monotone paint option for 2dr since you threw out the Outer Banks 2dr.

  4. For what it’s worth, this is NOT apparently the same Shadow Black painted top that we have been promised since 2021. That top was the modular top, which so far is only available, painted white, on the Heritage and Heritage Limited models…
