2024 Ford Everest Prices Also Increased In Australia

Following a successful launch in Australia, the redesigned Ford Everest and Ford Ranger have since faced a number of price increases – not to mention the removal of certain features, to boot. The first round of price hikes happened back 2023, and just last month, both the 2024 Ford Everest and Ranger lost certain features to accompany those updates, including the hands-free lift-gate, auto high beams, Ford MyKey, as well as minor changes to badging, though some of those changes only applied to select trims, at least. As Ford Authority reported earlier this week, that trend continues as the Ranger recently received additional price increases, and that’s also true of the 2024 Ford Everest, according to CarExpert.

In Australia, the 2024 Ford Everest will get another round of price hikes effective the first of June, which is also true of the Ranger. These changes vary based on trim, with the Ambiente, Sport, and Trend getting $250 more expensive – at least in two-wheel drive guise – while the four-wheel drive version of the Sport is receiving a $1,250 price hike, and the range-topping Platinum will now be $1,625 more expensive than before.

“The price adjustments are consistent with the evaluation of market conditions we regularly undertake across our product portfolio, which take into consideration a number of different external factors such as currency and material cost considerations,” a Ford Australia spokesperson said.

These mid-cycle price jumps are accompanied by the aforementioned loss of features, though the 2024 Ford Everest has also gained a few things as well. Those include the addition of Ford’s standard zone lighting feature and the stand-off roof rails for the Everest Trend and Sport trims, which were standard on Platinum, exclusively, prior to that update. Additional, Pro Trailer Backup Assist has also been added as an option for the Everest Trend, Sport, and Platinum trims.
