Ford Brazil Among Best Companies To Work For In 2024

Ford Brazil has undergone a pretty dramatic transformation in recent years, consolidating its Development and Technology Center and shifting its focus to exporting various engineering services following an expansion and the addition of 500 new jobs. Shortly thereafter, we learned that this revamped facility was already working on multiple global projects, including a number of features that have since shown up in production Blue Oval models – such as Remote Rev in the all-new 2024 Ford Mustang and several aspects in the development of  the refreshed 2025 Ford Explorer, too. Meanwhile, this shift paid off for its employees as Ford Brazil was named a Top Employer for 2024 from the Top Employers Institute earlier this year, and now, it has been recognized yet again for the same exact thing.

Infojobs recently handed Ford Brazil its second consecutive Best WorkPlaces award, which is given to the very best companies in that particular country to work for – according to employees themselves. Infojobs seeks feedback from workers in Brazil on a variety of topics to come up with this list, including their workplace satisfaction, well-being, and the presence of a positive organization culture, to name a few. Ultimately, the organization ranks companies based on five categories – a general evaluation; work environment; salaries and benefits; board of directors; career opportunities; and whether or not employees recommend their company to others.

Ultimately, Ford Brazil stood out in a variety of areas – it was among the top five companies in terms of Industries and Consumer Goods, and also ranked in the top five for best CEO and top 10 among all brands, which includes the top-rated companies regardless of segment.

“Every step we take at Ford is thinking about creating a healthy and inclusive environment that not only attracts, but develops and retains the best talent, reaffirming our commitment to build a bright future for everyone,” said Cintia Salmazo, director of HRBP, Talent, DE&I & Culture at Ford South America.
