The debut of the all-new 2024 Ford Mustang last summer has been followed by the expected flood of new aftermarket parts and accessories, which is typical for one of the most popular vehicles to customize on earth. Mustang owners simply love to tweak their pony cars and extract more power or style in various ways, and there are a vast array of third-party companies willing to provide them with lots of options in that regard. One of the more well-known such entities is Roush Performance, and it just released a couple more upgrades for the 2024 Ford Mustang, too.
Those upgrades are a pair of axle-back exhaust systems in two different flavors – one, with chrome exhaust tips, and the other, with black tips. Both of these new exhaust systems are designed to fit either 2024 Ford Mustang EcoBoost or GT models, and each replaces the factory exhaust from the rear axle to the back. Both kits come with all of the hardware needed for installation, and utilize the factory hanger locations and mounting points.
Aside from looking quite nice, the purpose of Roush’s new 2024 Ford Mustang axle-back exhaust systems is to provide owners with a more aggressive sound, as well as enhance performance somewhat thanks to the less restrictive pipes. These new exhaust systems are made from stainless steel, meaning that they’re rather durable as well. Pricing comes in at $779.99 for the axle-back exhaust with chrome tips, and $799.99 for the system with black tips.
These new 2024 Ford Mustang axle-back exhaust systems from Roush join a host of other options that are already available, a list that includes a number of different choices from MagnaFlow including its “Extreme” set of pipes, as well as Sport exhaust systems from Ford Performance itself, too.
