Hennessey Performance just can’t keep its hands off the Ford F-150 Raptor and Ford Bronco Raptor, taking the already high-performance vehicles and squeezing even more power and vigor out of them. The Hennessey VelociRaptor 600 is based on the F-150, the VelociRaptoR 1000 dresses up the F-150 Raptor R, while the Bronco-based VelociRaptor 500 ups the ante on the SUV side of things. Now, the hypercar manufacturer has announced the latest addition to its VelociRaptor line, just in time for the 4th of July, pulling the veil off its Freedom Series package for those obsessed with all things U.S.A.
The VelociRaptor Freedom Series package dresses the 500, 600 and 1000 series vehicles with military-inspired graphics proudly proclaiming “USA” and “HPE 91,” along with a set of 20-inch Vossen off-road bronze wheels. The gunmetal gray USA script complements the HPE-91 insignia emblazoned on the bottom of both front doors, which is a reference to the founding year of Hennessey Performance Engineering.
In addition, each Freedom Series vehicle gets a U.S. flag and mounting hardware that can be mounted to the rear of the vehicle to fly the flag on- or off-road.
Hennessey points out that the package pairs perfectly with the stock Shelter Green (paint code DB) color, but it can be added to any 2024 or newer VelociRaptor 500 Bronco, VelociRaptor 600, or VelociRaptoR 1000 for an additional $9,950. The Freedom Series package is extremely limited, and only 100 units total will be available across all three Ford models. The company notes that each Freedom Series vehicle is covered under the three-year / 36,000-mile limited warranty.
“For more than a decade, Hennessey VelociRaptor models have provided the power, performance, style, and sound that our customers love,” John Hennessey, company founder and CEO, said. “With our new Freedom Series, we honor America’s military and reward buyers with an exclusive and patriotic limited edition that looks mean, sounds meaner, and is justifiably the apex predator!”
